Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and if you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. After that, we might not be able to catch it in time as your order will be in the processing phase. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we’ll have your refund sorted out within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We pack your goodies with care, but sometimes things happen. If your item arrives with a defect or is physically broken, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Send us an email at support@rovillio.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we’ll see if you qualify for a replacement at no extra cost. Normal wear and tear or misuse aren’t covered.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to get your order to you quickly, but sometimes delays are out of our hands—think couriers, customs, and other shipping hiccups. If your package has trouble, please reach out to the courier for help. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Double-check your shipping address when you check out. If you realize there’s a mistake and let us know within 24 hours, we can try to fix it. If not, we’re unable to resend or refund.
