At Rovillio, we’re excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50! We want your CozySling™ adventure to begin as soon as possible, so here’s everything you need to know about getting your order to you quickly and smoothly.
Order Processing Times:
Once you place your order, we’ll get it ready to go in just 1-3 business days. During busy times and holidays, it might take a little longer—up to 7 days. Your order is considered dispatched when it’s on its way to you, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
Estimated Shipping Times:
After dispatch, how quickly your CozySling™ arrives depends on where you are. Here are the estimated delivery times for your country:
United States: 7-12 Business Days
Europe & Asia: 10-15 Business Days
Rest Of The World: 12-18 Business Days
Keep in mind that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers might experience delays. And if your package is crossing international borders, customs might add a bit of extra time.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
Make sure your shipping details are spot-on at checkout to avoid any hiccups! If you spot an error, email us at support@rovillio.com within 24 hours. If we catch an address issue, we’ll send you an email to confirm the details. If we don’t hear back within 3 days, we may need to cancel your order.
Delayed Delivery:
We know waiting for your CozySling™ isn’t easy, and we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Sometimes, though, things like bad weather or transport issues can slow things down. We’ll do our best to keep you posted and work with the courier to get your order to you ASAP.
Missing Packages:
We totally get that losing a package can be a bummer. Once we hand off your order to our shipping partner, it’s in their hands. If your package goes missing, reach out to us at support@rovillio.com. We’ll assist you and help you file a claim with the courier. While we can’t cover lost or stolen packages under our refund policy, we’ll do our best to find a solution. If needed, we might offer a replacement based on the situation.
